First result

e-Booklet

A comprehensive, user-friendly e-booklet designed for parents, educators, and health and social professionals, combining scientific knowledge, practical strategies, and behavioural insights to support healthier lifestyles across diverse European contexts.

The following deliverables form the evidence base for the Healthy EAT e-booklet and also support the development of the project’s educational resources.
They combine research findings, analysis of commercial and social media influences, and insights collected from stakeholders during the co-creation sessions.

Second result

Face-to-face training

An interactive in-person training, designed to strengthen knowledge and practical skills related to healthy nutrition, behavioural change, and family engagement. The training fostered peer learning, discussion, and the effective application of the HealthyEAT methodology.

Third result

e-learning platform

An interactive e-learning platform offering digital modules on nutrition education, behavioural science, and parental strategies, supporting continuous learning for families, educators, and health and social professionals.

Fourth result

Piloting results

A comprehensive report presenting the outcomes of the pilot actions implemented across partner countries. It summarizes participant feedback, key achievements, lessons learned, and evidence on the effectiveness of the HealthyEAT approach in promoting healthier lifestyles and eating behaviours.
