ABOUT
The project

The project
Healthy EAT is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to preventing childhood obesity by supporting families and educators. It provides practical, evidence-based tools to promote healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. By addressing misinformation and everyday challenges, the project helps build food literacy and encourages positive habits from an early age.
Our vision
To create a healthier Europe where families are empowered with the knowledge and skills to make informed food choices, build positive food environments, and support children’s lifelong well-being.
Our mission
To equip families, caregivers, and educators with practical knowledge, tools, and training to improve nutrition literacy, support informed choices, and foster sustainable, healthy lifestyles for children.
Our Methodology
A practical, family-centred approach combining education, training, and real-life application.
